Returns and Exchanges

Waiakea Water

Subscriptions are non-refundable. Our subscriptions are based off of bulk pricing and therefore cannot be refunded or canceled, except in special cases that will be reviewed at Waiakea’s discretion. In the special case that your subscription is canceled before the end of its term, there will be a $50 charge. 

 

Waiakea Apparel

Unworn & unwashed items may be exchanged for another apparel item within 14 days of purchase.

To exchange, please:

Email us at customerservice@waiakeasprings.com with the name your order was placed under, the item you are exchanging, and what you would like to exchange it for (item name, size, and color).

Place the unworn item in a secure and protected package and mail to:

It may take up to 2 weeks for us to process your exchange. We appreciate your patience and will confirm via email when it has been shipped out from our facility. Mahalo!

Shipping

Address Changes

Shipping addresses may be changed after the order has been placed for a fee of $12.50/case within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, your order has been shipped and the address cannot be changed.

 

Shipping Your Order

Your order will be processed within 24 hours of receiving it. We are closed on weekends, and major holidays - no orders will be processed during these times. Our hours are from 9am-6pm PDT.
