Shipping Your Order
Your order will be processed within 24 - 48 hours of receiving it. We are closed on weekends, and major holidays - no orders will be processed during these times. Our hours are from 9am-6pm PDT. Questions or concerns about your order? We’re happy to help! Please email us at customerservice@
Orders can be canceled 2 hours after placement. Once your order has been shipped, it is out of our hands and in the possession of UPS and we cannot cancel.
Shipping addresses may be changed within 2 hours of placing your order. After your order has been shipped, it is out of our hands and we cannot change the address.
Returns and Exchanges
One-Time orders of Waiakea are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding!
Subscriptions are non-refundable. Our subscriptions are based off of bulk pricing and therefore cannot be refunded or canceled, except in special cases that will be reviewed at Waiakea’s discretion. In the special case that your subscription is canceled before the end of its term, there will be a $50 charge.
Unworn & unwashed items may be exchanged for another apparel item within 14 days of purchase.
